For non-technical teams that bought AI and barely use it

You're paying for AI. Your team is barely using it.

The tools are bought. The logins are sent. And almost nobody has changed how they actually work. That gap is where the money leaks. I close it two ways. I train your team to use Claude with real confidence, live and hands on. And I build the AI workflows that take the busywork off them entirely. More output, no new headcount, nobody left behind.

Live training for non-technical teams

The fastest way out starts with your team.

Getting your people to actually use AI is the quickest way to take work off your plate. This is live training, never a recording. Everyone hits small problems a video can't solve, and those are exactly where teams quietly give up. I clear them in the moment, so in a handful of live sessions your team gets further than any course takes them, all the way to building their own tools. I scaled a ninety-plus person company and rebuilt it on AI, then trained the team to work this way, so this is not theory.

  • Live every session, never recorded, so nobody stalls on a small problem
  • Run in rounds, department by department, one session a week
  • Built for non-technical teams, around the work they already do
  • Three levels: Level 1 makes users, Level 2 makes operators, Level 3 makes enablers
  • Plus a private executive track: the whole program, compressed and customized, one leader at a time
  • Everyone ships real, on-brand work by the end

The real problem

Buying AI is easy. Getting people to use it isn't.

Most companies bought the tools and stopped there. A few power users run with it, everyone else opens it once, gets stuck, and quietly goes back to the old way. The spend keeps going out. The change never arrives. Here is how I fix that.

Your team, actually capable

Live training that takes your people from barely touching AI to using it on real work every day, and building their own simple tools. Not a login and a video. Hands-on, until it sticks.

The busywork, gone

When you'd rather the work just disappear, I rebuild a repetitive process with AI and automation. More output, same headcount, fewer things falling through the cracks.

You, out of the middle

A team that can really use AI does more without waiting on you. The work stops routing through the same few people, and you stop being the bottleneck.

Why me

I have spent nine years operating and scaling companies, the most recent of them AI-first. Taking founder-led chaos and turning it into systems, then handing those systems over to AI.

I helped take a company from two people to more than ninety, and moved the whole operation onto AI along the way. I learned how to make AI actually work in a real business the hard way, by doing it under pressure, not by reading about it.

Now I help other teams get there faster. I train your people to use AI with confidence, and I build the workflows that take the busywork off them. The same operating brain, pointed at getting AI to work for you.

Read this before you book

I am not for everyone. On purpose.

Book the call if

You've put AI in front of a non-technical team, ops, sales, finance, customer success, and adoption has stalled. You want them genuinely capable, not just licensed. Most industries, any size from a small crew to a whole company rolling it out.

Don't book if

You want a one-hour keynote, a recorded course, or a single magic prompt to forward around. This is live, hands-on, and built around your real work. If that is not what you are after, I will tell you on the call and save us both the time.

I write about running teams. Bluntly.

Short, no-fluff notes on getting out of the bottleneck, scaling without burning out, and building things that don't depend on any one person.

What people said

The training works. Here's who noticed.

Her trainings set off a wave of people building their own AI tools, across every department.

A company leader

I have never been prouder than watching you go all in on AI and bring everyone with you.

A founder I worked with

Someone I trained turned the sessions into a reference site the whole company now uses.

From a recent training round

Stop paying for AI nobody uses.

Twenty minutes. Tell me where your team is stuck. I'll tell you straight whether I can help, and if I can't, I'll point you to who can. No pitch.

P.S. I take a limited number of teams at a time. When I'm full, the calendar closes. If it's open, the timing is on you. And if you'd rather wait for the next round, join the waitlist.
