Work with me
Two ways to make that happen. Get your whole team confident and productive with Claude through live training. Or have me build the AI workflows that take the busywork off them entirely. Most teams start with the training. It's the fastest win, and the clearest look at how I work.
Start here · team training
This is for the people who don't write code: your ops, sales, finance, and account teams, the ones AI was supposed to help and then left behind. Not your engineers, they're already covered. Buying the AI tools is the easy part. Getting everyone else to actually use them is where it stalls. This is live training, never a recording, and that is the whole point. Everyone hits small problems that stop them cold: a connector that won't connect, an error that makes no sense, the thing that worked in the demo but not on their screen. A video can't clear those. I do, the moment they happen. That is why a team gets further in a few live sessions with me than in any library of recordings.
This is not theory for me. I scaled a company from two people to more than ninety and rebuilt how it worked on AI, from spreadsheets to AI-run workflows and hundreds of thousands of records in an AI-searchable database. Then I trained the team to work that way, in monthly sessions.
Four sessions plus a setup week for teams new to Claude. From zero to real, on-brand work shipped by everyone.
Six sessions for Level 1 graduates. Briefing the AI properly, controlling what it touches, managing cost, automating their own work. Teams move up on real usage, not a calendar.
Champions inside your company, nominated by their managers, who onboard new joiners, run the team's tool library, and keep adoption alive without an outside trainer in the room. That is the exit plan, and it is on purpose.
For C-suite and owners: the whole program, compressed and fully customized, delivered one leader at a time on their real systems and priorities.
The done-for-you option
Training gets your team using AI. Sometimes you just want a specific piece of work to disappear. I take one painful, repetitive process and rebuild it with AI and automation, so your team stops doing by hand what a machine should be doing. Output goes up. Headcount doesn't.
How it works
No long proposals. No slow ramp. We find out quickly whether I can help, then we get to work.
Twenty minutes. You tell me where the business is straining. I tell you straight whether I can help, and if I can't, who can.
You feel the symptom long before you can name the cause. We find the few breakpoints actually holding things back, and agree on what gets fixed first.
Training runs live with your team. A build happens inside your real tools. Either way I work close to the actual work, not from the outside looking in.
The goal is never to make you need me. Every system I build is one your team runs after I step back. That is the whole point.
Before you book
You have a non-technical team with AI tools they're barely using: ops, sales, finance, account management, customer success. You want them genuinely capable, not just handed a login and a video. Works across most industries.
You want a one-hour keynote, a recorded course, or a single magic prompt. Or you're after training your engineers to build AI products. They can already code. My people are the ones who can't, and got left behind. If that's not what you're after, I'll tell you on the first call and save us both the time.
Questions
Tell me where it hurts. Twenty minutes, no pitch. If I can help, I'll show you how. If I can't, I'll point you to who can.
