About
I'm Binsi Das. For nine years I operated and scaled companies, the last one AI-first, and I learned how to get a whole team using AI on real work, not in theory. Now I do that for other teams.
I didn't set out to be an AI person. I started as an operator, the one everything fell to. The hire nobody else had time to make. The process that only worked because I was watching it. The decision that sat there until I got back online.
I helped take a company from two people to more than ninety, and as it grew I moved the whole thing onto AI. Spreadsheets became AI-run workflows. Manual review became AI. I rebuilt how an entire company worked while it was running, not in a sandbox.
The hard part was never the tools. It was getting real people, busy and skeptical, to actually change how they work. I learned how to do that the hard way, running monthly workshops inside the company and out. That is the part most AI training skips, and it's the part that decides whether any of it sticks.
Now I bring that to other teams. I train your people to use AI with confidence, and I build the workflows that take the busywork off them. The same operating brain that scaled a company, pointed at getting AI to work for you.
How I work
The whole goal is a team that keeps going after I step back, not one that depends on me. If people can't do it without me in the room, I'm not done.
No three months of theory. We start with the actual work your team does and the problems actually slowing them down, and build from there.
If I can't help, you'll hear it on the first call. If something already works and doesn't need me, you'll hear that too.
Most AI fails quietly, in the small moment someone gets stuck and gives up. My whole job is to be there for that moment.
Twenty minutes, no pitch. Tell me where your team is stuck with AI and I'll tell you straight whether I can help.
